It’s grounded in years of experience leading teams as COO of ConvertKit and VP of Communications at a climate tech startup, combined with my deep understanding of the creator economy and entrepreneurial leadership.

My experience as an operator is backed up by over 500 hours of 1:1 coaching experience dating back to my first clients in 2012. I have formally trained with Presence-Based Coaching. I am ACC certified through the International Coaching Federation. And I am certified in The Highlands Ability Battery, a research-backed battery of tests to understand your natural abilities.

Coaching Format

Here’s what to expect when working with me:

  • 60-Minute Sessions: Two sessions per month.
  • Ongoing Access: Email and text support between sessions.
  • Ad Hoc Sessions: For urgent opportunities or challenges (within reason, at no extra cost).
  • Six-Month Commitments: To ensure meaningful progress and give us concrete check-in milestones. (No long-term contract required.)
  • Investment: $3,500 per month (auto-billed on the first of the month).
