I could say: 68% of the conversations we have are mostly meaningless, chatting about the weather and what we had for breakfast. Another 27% percent of conversations are mildly interesting or important, covering things like family, work, and vacation. And then there’s the 5% of conversations that actually have an impact on everyone involved — the ones that push us to grow.
