It’s never too late to completely transform your career.

You can quit today and start over, regardless of your goals and dreams.

First, you have to be sure you’re ready to start over. You’ve seen enough of your current field to know you chose wrong. It’s not failure, it’s learning.

Second, you have to believe in the growth mindset: that our growth and learning is only limited by the effort we put into the process.

Third, you have to be willing to spend the next 3–5 years transforming your beliefs, skills, and connections to be relevant in your new field.

If you’ve been waiting to jump, now is the time. You’ll thank yourself five years from now.
